Paul Bence is a London-based photographer with a passion for making handmade books and zines. He kindly asked me if I’d help design and layout his upcoming zine – ‘Not So Far’.

The photographs found within the book focus on tiny details, moments that are seen and taken when he is out with his camera. This idea of constantly looking and observing informed the idea behind the layout of the zine. We wanted the viewer to explore the page with images specifically placed around the page to help promote eye movement.
