The Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA), were looking to rebrand their existing identity and communicate who they were and what they did in a more concise way.

The logo relates to the TCPA’s beginning as the Garden Cities Association – garden cities were conceived diagrammatically as concentric rings of rail, road and green spaces. The vibrating circles also represent the ‘voice’ of TCPA and serve to shift public perception away from a charity towards a think tank. The monthly journal was simplified to a core colour palette, clear typography and B5 format.
