The V&A’s Summer Camp celebrated the virtues of self-reliance and resourcefulness, with opportunities for you to share your design knowledge and skills.
This informed the design approach for the event programme. The concept came from ‘un-picking’ the design process and empowering the public to realise they knew more than they thought they did. Through annotation and design mark-ups, the story of how the programme was made is revealed – from initial idea through to production.
The back of the programme opens up to reveal a grid for visitors to make their own poster, reflecting on the event and what they have learnt.
Whilst moving around the event, small temporary entrances were created to help notify visitors of destination points and stand locations.
